How long you shipping?
Current Photos are transformed in to unique artwork Times: 1- 4 Days but orders sometimes finish sooner.
Current Shipping Times for USA orders: 1- 5 Days but orders sometimes arrive sooner.
Current Shipping Times for Internasional orders: 1- 4 Weeks but orders sometimes arrive sooner.

Do you ship anywhere?
We believe everyone, regardless of location, should be able to create get a one of a kind Tokoify product with their unique art on it and for that reason we ship Worldwide.
How fast is “First in Priority” shipping?
Super fast. When you purchase “First in Priority” with your order, we prioritize it over the rest. You can expect to receive this order 1 week earlier than our normal, standard shipping (see posted delivery dates).
Do I have to pay any customs fees if I live outside the USA?
Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.
Where you shipping ?
Almost all of our products are shipping and fulfillment in the United States, but some of our products are shipping and fulfillment in another country, you can check on product details to know more.
Your Custom Product
How do I upload a photo with multiple?
We recommend using a photo collage app on your phone if you don’t have a photo all together.
We generally allow 3 picture max (yes, their is wiggle room depending on the situation). We’ve determined that anything beyond 3 picture will be too excessive and not create the best outcome.
Can I edit my order after it was made?
All changes must be made to an order within 2 hours after the time which it was placed. Any adjustment after 2 hours is not promised.
If you would like to cancel an order, you can do so in the first 2 hours. Anything thereafter will require a $5 art fee because we’ve already started working on your order. If you send us an email but don’t receive a reply within 30 minutes, don’t worry. We’ll get back to you and honor the timestamp on the email.
When do I get my digital art file?
If you purchased the art file(s) for your order, it will be available in your Dashboard! This is when your order ships and you get a shipment confirmation.
Do you do proofs prior to shipment?
Yes we do! After purchase, you’ll have access to your member Dashboard. You can track your order every step of the way. When the art is done, we’ll have you approve it and select a background.
Do you just make artwork Pet and Human?
We can make artwork any animal/human on earth so long as we receive a great photo! So far we have printed dogs, cats, horses, birds, guinea pigs, micro-pigs and even boars! check a sample/style here
